Nasser and his team did an amazing job transforming the exterior of our property in Castle Hill. The workmanship from his team was excellent and they were very neat and clean. Yes, we work with investors and landlords regularly. For rental properties we recommend neutral, durable finishes in washable products that hold up to tenancy and simplify touch-ups between tenants. We understand the importance of efficient turnaround and work to get properties back on the market as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the result.

Blistering on older painted brick is almost always caused by moisture, either trapped behind a non-breathable coating or coming through the brick from inside the wall cavity. The solution is to identify the moisture source, address it where possible, and repaint with a breathable masonry coating that allows moisture vapour to escape through the paint film rather than building up pressure behind it. We assess for this specifically on older brick homes during the quoting stage.

In some cases, yes. Minor surface rot can be stabilised with a penetrating epoxy consolidant that hardens the affected timber and provides a paintable surface. More significant rot requires board replacement. We assess every board at the quoting stage and give you an honest recommendation, we won’t paint over rot and pretend it isn’t there.

Cost depends on the size of the home, the surface types, the condition of existing coatings, and the extent of preparation required. Older homes with more preparation needed will cost more than a straightforward repaint over sound existing paint, but the preparation is what makes the result last.
