Nasser and his team did an amazing job transforming the exterior of our property in Castle Hill. The workmanship from his team was excellent and they were very neat and clean. Repainting brick is a commitment, and we’ll give you an honest answer before you make it. Done correctly with a breathable masonry coating and proper adhesion prep, painted brick holds up well and transforms a home. Done with the wrong product it traps moisture and causes problems. We’ll tell you which situation you’re looking at, not just what gets us the job.

Hairline cracks in render come back through topcoat when they haven’t been filled with the right flexible compound first. We fill every crack correctly for the substrate before anything goes on. It takes longer and it’s in the quote, because painting over the problem isn’t something we’d put our name to.

If the roof tiles are porous and picking up lichen, they need the full system, wash, fungicidal treatment, sealer coat to consolidate the tile, primer, then membrane topcoat. The sealer coat is the step that gets left out of cheaper quotes. Builder’s paint in newer homes is typically applied at minimum standard, thin, flat, and not built for family use. We assess what’s on the walls, prime where it’s needed, and apply the right product for each room. Living areas and bedrooms get a low-sheen washable finish.
