For businesses that can’t have painters on site during work hours at all, we also offer a full after-hours service, overnight and weekend scheduling so the job’s done before your team walks in on Monday.

How do you protect our equipment and furniture?
Everything stays covered, not just the floor. Desks, monitors, server racks, filing systems, and IT infrastructure get properly covered or moved clear of the work zone before we start, nothing gets painted around on the assumption it’ll be fine. For fit-outs and larger offices, we’ll walk the space with you beforehand and agree what moves, what gets covered in place, and what needs to be handled by your team (server equipment especially, where we’d rather you disconnect it than us touch it).
What products do you use, and will the smell be an issue?
We run low-odour, waterborne paint systems as standard for occupied offices. They dry faster than solvent-based paint, which shortens the time before a room’s usable again, and they don’t leave the lingering smell that puts people off coming back to their desk. For sensitive environments, open-plan offices with limited ventilation, or spaces used daily by a lot of people, we’ll talk you through product choice as part of the quote.
How long does an office painting job take?
It depends on the size and whether we’re working around your team or after hours. A single-floor office refresh typically runs a few days when staged around normal business hours, or can often be condensed into one or two overnight/weekend sessions if minimal disruption matters more than cost. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe as part of the quote, not an optimistic one that blows out once we’re on site.
